"not to be taken seriously"
This blog is not a teaching platform.
It is not a manifesto.
It is not a polished body of work meant to convince, inspire, or guide anyone.
It is simply a place where I write what is alive in me.
One thing I want to say openly:
I use AI as a writing support. Writing has never been my most natural way of expressing myself. Speaking, sensing, feeling , yes. Grammatically correct writing , less.
This tool simply helps me put into words what already lives in my body and inner world. The experience and the truth are mine. The editing support is technical.
The content comes from my inner world.
It starts from lived experience, grief, loss, love, anger, fear, beauty, confusion, and those rare moments of clarity that arrive uninvited.
Sometimes psychology or philosophy appears, but only when it supports what is already moving.
This space is not here to change your mind.
It is not here to teach you how to live.
It does not offer answers.
It exists because something in me needs to be written.
Whether one person reads this or many doesn’t matter.
Whether it resonates or not doesn’t matter.
This is not a performance.
It is not a product.
It is a trace of an inner process unfolding in real time.
If you find something for yourself here, take it. If not, leave it.
One important note:
The posts under the category “From Inside the Fire” should be read with care. These texts were written from moments when I was activated, triggered, in collapse, or emotionally overwhelmed. I share them because I believe in normalizing — and even honoring — human states that are rarely seen as “acceptable.”
They are here as raw documentation, and perhaps as a reference point for others moving through similar rough terrain.
They are not conclusions. They are not teachings. They are moments.
This is simply me sharing what feels true, as best as I can.
Not to be taken too seriously.
Ruben.
