I’ve been touched and shaped by nature as long as I can remeber.

Long before I had words for it, I felt at home among trees, rocks, rivers and forests. Nature didn’t ask me to be anything, she just let me belong. The trust I felt in nature led me into the world of outdoor adventure, and in my early adult life, I became a professional rock climbing guide, leading people across vertical landscapes and through breathtaking terrain.

But somewhere along the way, the wilderness inside myself started calling me.

While I was helping others navigate mountains, I began to sense there were other kinds of peaks and edges waiting to be explored, ones that lived inside the body, the heart, the mind and the soul. The more time I spent in outdoor places, the more I was drawn toward the untamed terrain within myself.

At first, and while keeping things to my self, I turned to Zen and other light-filled philosophies, hoping to find peace and perspective. this path helped me to more deeply connect to the universe, but it was only when I began to meet my shadows (he parts in me I rejected, didn't want or couldn't see like the shame, the blame, the fear, the rage, the longing, the unworthiness and the "giving up on life") that things really started to shift. What I found wasn’t just peace, but power, tenderness, truth and authenticity. The kind that brakes you open and asks you to come home, fully.

That’s when THE path became MY path.

Today, I still walk with nature, my eternal guide, but no longer just on the outside. My work is rooted in the belief that our bodies carry a wild intelligence, a sacred rhythm that modern life often teaches us to suppress, forget and even stigmatise. I am trying to devote my life to creating spaces where others can remember that rhythm, reclaim their fire, and reconnect with the realness of who they really are.

And I don’t stand above that process, I try, want and need to walk and feel it every day myself.

This is not work I do to others. It’s something I do with them.
Because every time I sit with someone in their truth, I’m also met in mine.

My Approach

My work is rooted in the body and in nature.

I believe the body doesn’t just hold our experiences; it speaks the deeper truth of the heart. It’s through the body that we access what’s real, what’s hidden, and what’s ready to move. I guide people into this somatic territory with care, precision, and presence—whether through coaching, therapy, or sexuality guidance.

My approach is intuitive yet grounded.
It’s not method-based or goal-oriented, but responsive to the moment, your system’s pace, and what’s alive.

Nature plays a central role in how I work. She is not just a backdrop—but a co-guide. When we immerse ourselves in wild spaces, we remember that we are part of something larger, cyclical, honest, and untamed. This deep reconnection supports emotional and nervous system regulation, authenticity, and profound self-remembering.

Sessions often combine verbal dialogue, breath, movement, voice, silence, and contact with the natural world.

Everything I offer is trauma-informed, emotionally attuned, and always centred around your body’s signals and needs.

My work is about meeting you where you are, and walking with you from there.
